Binance Charity, a welfare arm of Binance crypto exchange has committed to supporting 30,000
students financially for their carrier in the field of Web 3 this year. Binance Charity Scholar Program
(BCSP) has announced to provide free Web3 education and course that will enhance technical
student’s skills and equip them with a future-ready career.
According to Binance Charity’s official announcement, this program will offer blockchain-oriented
digital education and skill development. It will be expected to fill the gap of talent that is required in
the rapidly growing field of blockchain technology.
Furthermore, this program will uplift the students who cannot afford a pricey education by covering the cost of tuition and course fees in some of the world’s leading universities and vocational training providers.
The education centers that are supported by Binance Charity Scholar Program(BCSP) include
leading colleges and universities in Nigeria, Germany, Cyprus, and Australia. The notable university
that partners with this program are the university of Western Australia, the Frankfurt School of Finance
and Management, the Nigeria-based technical institution Uitva, and the University of Nicosia in Cyprus.
Binance Charity also collaborated with Ukrain based educational centers to help re-train Ukraine
citizens who have lost their job due to ongoing conflict with Russia.
In 2022, Binance Charity has collected more than $3.5 million fund in BUSD that helped Web3 education of 290000 hours.
