Russia Ukraine armed conflict reaches to 28th days, yet the uncertainties continue. Both counties have reached an agreement so far. Later, Ukraine’s Vice Prime Minister extended the list of accepted coins to include donations in Dogecoin.
Ukraine has received a highest of 26 BTC in one day after a halt for more than a week. In the last couple of days, Ukraine has received 0.69 and 3.8 BTC respectively. 85 was the highest number of Bitcoin Ukraine received in a single day on 27th February.
Crypto has been proved effective and efficient for Ukraine in this toughest time. The officials have come in support of digital money. Moreover, financial aid through a decentralized method has bypassed the surveillance on the regular banks.
Ukraine has received more than $100 million in donations in cryptocurrencies. Alex Bornyakov, Ukraine’s deputy minister for Digital Transformation has presented this figure in an online emergency online briefing lately.
While Ukraine is fighting back with Russia for its sovereignty, the world is doing everything from imposing sanctions to confiscating properties of Russian elites.
