Crypto exchanges list Official Trump as price surge continues
According to reports, the Official Trump token has been listed on more than 10 DEXs and CEXs. Aside from Crypto.com and Bybit, exchanges like MEXC, HTX, CoinW, and Bitget. Meanwhile, the DEX that has listed the meme coin includes Meteora, Orca, and Raydium.
Bybit noted in its blog post that the pre-market trading notice does not mean that the TRUMP/USDT pair will be available for derivatives traders. The exchange said that it would release a new statement to that effect if things change. Meanwhile, TRUMP is trading at $21, a 178% rise over the last 24 hours.
TRUMP capped at 200 million tokens
According to a statement on the GetTrumpMemes.com website, the total supply of the token is capped at 1 billion, with only 200 million available for initial liquidity and trading. According to the website, about 80% of the total supply will be held by the CIC Digital LLC and the Fight Fight Fight LLC. In the next three years, the bodies will release their allocation, increasing the total supply.
The website also clarified that the token is not connected to political campaigns or offices, but the crypto community has challenged its timing, with the launch coming just three days before Trump is sworn in as president. Trump re-emerged as a new fan of crypto, entering conversations about the industry in the second half of 2024. In September, he launched the World Liberty Financial (WLF) with support from members of his family.
